Marigold- I felt kind of bad using all that water for that bobbing contest... Alouette- You can always leave it out, like a bird bath. Or it’d be fine to water your plants with.  Marigold- I suppose that’s true! Almost every day I think of something new I could be doing to help this planet. Alouette- That’s wonderful, Marigold! I, myself, am looking into how to read as much as I do without encouraging the use of trees for paper. Marigold- Oh, there’s been a lot of advancement with that. Alouette- Definitely, but I’m wondering if a tablet might be a better option.  Marigold- Hm, maybe. I wonder how we’ll read books in the future...

Marigold- Hello, everyone! Another tough day. One of you will be going home. And we’ll start again fresh tomorrow with another challenge. Let’s get started...

Marigold- Excellent job out there, Alouette! Alouette- Thank you! I think being in the bottom two jump-started a competitiveness in me. Marigold- I can see that! You looked pretty determined out there...and you looked pretty, too. Alouette- Oh, if I’d known you were staring I would’ve put on more of a show.

Alouette accepted a flirt from Marigold, and they took a picture together, the interactions promised for the winners.

Marigold- Vivid! How are you doing? Vivid- Great! I know I haven’t won anything yet, but I’m having a lot of fun. You should really be proud of yourself, putting all the time and effort into doing this challenge. I can’t imagine! Marigold- Aw, thank you. You always seem to know what to say! What did you think of the challenge today? Vivid- A little unorthodox for a bachelorette challenge. But fun! And it made me think of my garden back home. I have a few new ideas for some modifications of the fruit trees. Marigold- Oh? Do you often come up with your own gardening innovations? Vivid- Well, sometimes. I take ideas and research and ideas just come together in my head. Just last month I found a way to almost double my harvest!

Marigold- There will be one winner from each tub! Now, I know this seems like a silly challenge. But my family always went to the seasonal festivals in town, and I find them really fun!  Marigold- Ok, everyone ready? On your marks...get set...go!

Side Note: One of the rolls for the next generation has to do with going to the festival and being really into the different seasons. So I’m going to have to find a way to fit that in somewhere.
