“Oh- ah Jeonghan?” Sky blinked up from his sheet music, left hand carefully putting down the pencil and rubbing at tired eyes. He’d been here in the music library for the past.. Well he wasn’t sure, but he’d gotten here when the sun was up and it looks like it’d set a while ago. Still, he tried to smile to the other, shaking his head. “It.. Its-” His words paused as he gave a small yawn. “I’m alright, Jeonghan I.. “ And another “ Just need to work a little harder on this song”
I’m not going to lie, the idea of looking into Jin’s “true purpose” unnerves me a little.
One, because Horobi and Jin are far too important to me to mess with.
Two, because if it turns out the Ark told Horobi to create Jin and how to do it, then... that suddenly means Horobi is not one of the most advanced HumaGear as episode 25 told us and the little details like Jin being raised as an actual child and Horobi being able to do machine learning whereas Hiden generally relies on standard programming stuff and Jin having incredible sensorimotor abilities suddenly doesn’t have that much of an impact anymore.
Like as someone who does study AI, I could tell throughout the series that Horobi was supposed to be far more advanced than the average HumaGear despite him not having that much screen time because of the little details like that, and was absolutely ecstatic when the series confirmed that, so naturally I’m a little anxious that they’re going to go back on what makes him more advanced in the first place.
So I hope they mean “true reason for being revived by ZAIA”, not the true reason he was created in the first place. Just, please don’t do Horobi dirty like that.
But having said that...... holy crap am I excited for this v-cinema!!! Don’t get me wrong, I’m absolutely buzzing!
