As I slowly shift my career from being a hairstylist (15 years..) to doing eyelashes full time, I’m learning a lot about who I am + the kind of boss I want/need to be- for myself! The ebbs + flows of business ownership are humbling, + are teaching me to be much kinder to myself + to never stop believing that the right people will find me.
