INTJ in the Workplace

INTJs start as an spectator at work. They notice every single detail and might pretend to be unknowledgeable at something until the need arises. 

They are often described as “known-it-all” and they are very much aware of it. They control themselves in giving out opinions .People around them knew that they have the best ideas and will consult them for it. 

These types are rarely seen struggling since they thoroughly study and master anything that they’ve been interested in before showing it to anybody. 

INTJs are thirsty for knowledge. They admire people who show intelligence and confidence. But they can unmask any pretentious people by asking questions related to the subject. 

These people dissects any process and look out for loopholes or problems that may arise in the future. 

They execute everything with a back-up plan. They hate emergencies that’s why everything is well planned out since the beginning hence the name, The Mastermind. 

Being an INTJ woman makes it more complicated. 

It is natural for us to see a logical and unemotional man but seeing a woman in these shoes might come with a raised eyebrow especially from her fellow lasses. 

Seeing a female INTJ is like a refreshing scene at the workplace where office gossips and chitchats are more rampant . 

They are widely focused on improving process or giving out solutions to problems. If provoked, they will tell the problem on your face .

They have a limited circle of friends whom they can trust and vent out. In solitude, they find serenity.

Dear #MBTI,

Sup. So I have been scrolling through #mbti hashtag… and I’ve just GOT to point out that there are ABSOLUTELY NO sensing-preferring people here at ALL. Meanwhile, the INTJ, INTP, INFP, INFJ, ENTP, ENFP population is overwhelming. This leads me to wonder if there are many people here who are incorrectly typed as an Intuitive. For whatever reasons, I don’t know… There are many potential explanations. Perhaps they went along with the “cooler”, more “rare” option, whichever ones seems more “unique”. Or it could just be that Intutiters, especially Ni, have a natural tendency towards this self-realization, what’s-your-personality, identity sort of thing.

Or it could be that people here are not Ni nor Ti dominant, but are actually Fi dominant. I came up with this after observing, no offense to those who it pertains to, that the #mbti community here seems to generally be self-concerned, self-obsessed and have an interest in one’s own values, personality, and/or character. That is very Fi in my opinion. I could most definitely be wrong. Tell me if I made an error in my idea of the Fi function.

There are many potential reasons for this situation. But it all comes down to the point that there PROBABLY ARE many people who are mis-typed here.
