We’re proud to announce that Myke Chilian will be voicing the Mayor! Also officially announcing here that his full name is “Mayor Rhubarb”.

Myke is a multi-talented animator, writer, actor and musician.  You might have heard his voice recently as the title character of his own hilariously wacky Cartoon Network pilot “Tiggle Winks”.  He was also a storyboard artist and writer for Uncle Grandpa and has created his own shorts for Channel 101 such as McBusters.  In 2014 Myke collaborated with popular cult band GWAR to create the official “Animated Tales of GWAR” with the band doing the voices.  Myke works closely with his friend Justin Roiland at his video game company Squanchtendo and is responsible for designing the style and main cast of Rick & Morty (also the ORIGINAL Doc and Mharti).

Myke is also a dedicated part of “weirdo/folk-core/goo-core/punk/metal” band The Manx, where he writes, sings and plays accordion.

A hilarious guy in person, Myke has his own natural brand of humor,  which shines through when he voices Rhubarb.  There’s no doubt he brought a great sense of “Mayor-ness” to this little jackalope.

I got to interview Myke Chilian* about his Channel 101 hit McBusters- a wholly original animated mash-up of McDonaldland and Ghostbusters. We talked about how the show came together, and why he poured so much blood and sweat into a project that he legally can't make a dime off of.
