Burgeon + Craft Coast + McIlhenney Core Trends DDH IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Just a big and bright IPA that drinks incredibly easily. Tons of tropical and stone fruit in the nose and body as well as more standard citrus. A touch oily on the palate, and really quite interesting on a lighter body.
El Segundo + McIlhenney + Perrault Farms Inspiration Hop Harvest IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Really incredible freshness on this with lots of herbal and vegetal notes as well as some citrus and tropical fruit as well. Nice and easy-drinking with just a bit of softness on the palate and some sticky lacing.
Burgeon + McIlhenney Chilly Bin New Zealand Pilsner (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. Light and incredibly bright. Lots of berry and stone fruit notes and other tropical fruit. The body has some light grain sweetness and a light touch of bitterness. Really huge hop profile on this and quite enjoyable.
Burning Beard + McIlhenney New Traditionalists IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. Quite a mix of hops on this with lots of tropical, orange citrus, berry, and some fainter herbal notes behind it. Nice bitter body with some good body sweetness to balance, and a lingering bitterness in the finish. Nice West Coast IPA, and interesting hop profile.
