DEADLINE PROLONGED

Since this is the first McLennon Big Bang ever, we are all just stumbling around, not very sure how this works... (including us, the admins)

As such, we have received a lot of messages from participants, who are not sure whether they’ll make it to the deadline. So, after a deep thinking session, we have decided to give you two more weeks to write!

That is right! The new deadline is 4th of June, when all the works must be submitted! In the future, the time for writing will be longer!

Have fun writing! You now have almost three whole weeks left!

What’s going on with the 2020 McLennon Big Bang?

I see that some folks are posting their pieces, but I haven’t seen info on where we are supposed to tag it on Ao3.

This Is Not Them

There is no salvation; Paul has known that ever since Jane left. He doesn’t think anyone could help -he knows no one can help. There is only him, and darkness, and Jane’s laugh in his ears. Then there’s John, who is like water in his hands, but like a stone in his thoughts.

John is unreachable. John comes and goes, John pulls and pushes. There is a certain look in his eyes when he watches Paul at nights, when he thinks Paul is sleeping. He is broken, and Paul doesn’t think anything can fix him. Doesn’t think he can, because someone would have to fix him first.

There is no salvation, and Paul doesn’t believe in fate. Not even when John’s smile makes something fall into place.

Remember that the deadline for the Big Bang entries is Sunday 7.5! When you post your fic, remember to go submit it, so we’ll be able to see it!

Those posting on AO3, don't forget to put your fic into the McLennon Big Bang Collection!

Those who feel like they won't be able to finish the fic by the 7th, don't panic! The event ends on Sunday 21.5, and you have time to submit your fic until that date to be included in the Masterlist. But if you want artists to be able to use your fic as an inspiration, it's necessary to follow the earlier deadline.
