In all seriousness imagine Isa and Lukas communicating more over letter ( having to stay in touch through Aiden's redemption in JAIL ) and then being like... wait... I (lukas) learned from being a leader of a group (that turns into a whole resistance, mind you) on how to act accordingly. And Isa, who has to learn to let up on her people and trust them more, asking for HIS advice.

The founder asks for HIS ADVICE?? Well.. just.. watch them from afar. It's best to let them learn on their own while guiding them. And she's like but they're all I know and what if they get hurt! And he's like... Isa... you have to trust them.. and She's like.... You're too trusting...!!
