yup i actually saw that post as soon as i reblogged my own. she really did a fabulous job of incorporating a lot of the key players in sansa’s life/story into the coronation dress. it was probably the most beautiful costume in all the series in my honest opinion.

                                            SHE CHIRPED HAPPILY AFTER BEING PLACED UPON the bed beside her small friend, after a long day. A gentle little human, he was. Wide amber eyes stare at him blankly before Aithusa tittered, then used her nose to move the furs and covers around him and tuck him in as best she could. With a bounce upon her short legs, she landed softly next to Aegon, to soon be enclosed by his small arms.

If a Dragon could purr, then that’s what you would describe the HAPPY sound that vibrated in her chest as she curled up beside him. Aithusa yawned widely and then chirped again as if bidding the boy good night. With her chin propped on the young Prince’s chest, her eyes gradually fell shut and feeling content and pleased with this family brought sleep and sweet dreams swiftly for the youngling.

She had fled the Arbor and met Garlan at the coast. She had been granted protection. It was not safe to remain on the island while the ironborns raided. She was to live with her cousin and his wife until Lord Paxter and his fleet could free the Reach of Euron Greyjoy. It broke her heart to abandon her home but it was better than being killed or worse taken as a slave. 

She was grateful for Garlan and Leonette’s hospitality. It was on dire circumstances but a part of her was happy to be with her family. She had been terribly lonely since the war began and her father and brothers had left. ❝ You have a good heart and I hope to not be a burden. ❞
