‘ steady your breathing. ’ -mcumultibitches [Balder @ Nora] (I'm horrible at fight scenes but here u go 😂)
@mcumultibitches
She knows this isn’t a fight she’s going to win, she doesn’t use her abilities during training, and strenght and speed alone isn’t going to take down a commander; it doesn’t mean she has to make it easy for him though. “There is that tone of disappointment I’ve come to miss.” Every single one of her instructors throughout her life had this distinct pitch when it came to expressing their disapproval and Balder wasn’t letting her down.
She keeps his advice in mind and goes in for another strike. The weight of her twin swords grounds her. Her instict is to go low, use her size as a tool, instead she goes high, aiming for his head, but settling for his arms and upper torso depending on the way he chooses to block it. There’s grace in her movements as she steps through the attack.

He does his best not to make a habit of thinking in lines of what ifs, it’s easier to think his father was destined to be the way that he is. “Do you think it would have changed anything?” How much could she have changed? he’s skeptic of it.
@mcumultibitches said 100% Do It
“They weren’t lying.” Harper’s voice echoed slightly. Tony was a few paces down the hall, far enough he had to raise his voice, something he rarely, if ever, did with his mother. It was an awkward distance, but he couldn’t make himself chase after the brilliant Mr. Stark. “When they said I’d be here for a while.”
He watched, trying to find any clue in Mr. Stark’s face. “You said you were trying to get my stuff from mom. I know I built Davis with stuff from her lab, but do you think I can really get him here?”
He let the please die on his lips. Moms usually won custody when these things went to court, a small fact he tried to comfort himself with, ignoring the astricked detail that was unless the dads were really fighting.
@mcumultibitches didn’t say anything at all but I did
“Are you ordering plastic stars?” Harper asked. He wasn’t willing to ask about his baby blanket - he felt stupid enough admitting to his birth father that he had one and wanted it. He felt awkward - he didn’t belong in a building like this, when his mom hadn’t planned on his meeting Mr. Stark for years.
The Witch and the Snake
“Excuse me,” Loki called to the woman he could see before him; there didn’t seem to be anyone else around... Not for miles. Bedraggled, trying to mask how shaken the last few days had left him, the God of Mischief approached her, hoping she would be able to at least give him some directions to somewhere he would find useful. Perhaps, if he were really lucky, he would run into his brother, or a helpful Variant of himself, or even his universe’s Mobius...
Hah! If he were lucky...
“Excuse me,” he repeated in a softer tone as he got closer to her, “could you tell me where I am? I seem to have gotten... a bit lost.” And it wasn’t even a lie, not really.
