What if Tessa is Cyn?

A few people have this theory already and a few have pointed out that Tessa can't be Cyn because she bleeds actual blood when she gets bitten by the Sentinel

But Uzi has been able to (accidentally) turn things into flesh, and Cyn has very good control over the Solver's abilities. What's stopping her from faking Tessa's bleeding?

She's had plenty of time to improve her acting skills to be more convincing...
