if you're interested in joining a group: I can tell you right now that everyone is thirsting for members, so no one is going to be disappointed in someone joining their group. if you're becoming a soloist here, just keep in mind talking is a two way street // and if you're staff? involve yourself! randomly come up to us and yell at the idols for doing shit they're not supposed to. or ask about how their practices are going.

fyi: tq is not anymore cliquey than any real company is. bands are pretty tightly wound and hang around mostly each other, we all (active people) talk in the group chat among each other. girl groups tend to hang out with other girl groups more. the sweeter idols hang out with other sweet idols, problematic idols tend to flock to a central circle (called akali) and shy introverted idols tend to hang around their band.

Which is pretty realistic in regards to a real life company, if you ask me. YG mostly hangs out with YG, Cube ( aside from Hyuna ) doesn’t seem to branch out much, as well as SM and JYP. TQ supports and hangs with each other as much as any real company will.
