I know Steve definitely has moments where all he wants to do is sit and stare at Eddie. When they're out with friends and Eddie is animatedly telling a story, Steve will just sit back and watch him with the fondest smile. The way he nearly hits Nancy in the nose with his hands while talking makes Steve smile so hard his cheeks hurt, how his eyes light up when he gets to his favourite part (Steve's heard the story a few times but he doesn't mind hearing it again), the way he ends up out of his seat to do a dramatic re-enactment of the story he's telling, all these things make Steve wish he could freeze time just so he can stare at Eddie for hours and admire how beautiful he is.
