Steve is basically already obsessed with Tony since the day he accidentally spotted him on TV. He's a obsessive fanboy at that rate. And at that point so on he got a job to be the photographer for headlines and daily news for Iron Man.. or to be clear, Tony Stark.
Little does Steve know, that the years later when Tony spots Steve's eyes staring at him like he hung stars while he was supposed to take a picture of Stark? Steve's gonna be a lot more than just a photographer.
He's gonna be a personal photographer for Tony. More importantly, a bit TOO close for a personal photographer.
