Am I missing something or I’m just that good at skyward sword? Like, I heard so much dramatic stuff about the silent realm and lowkey about the battle against demise that when I first played it i was genuinely scareD. Because if everyone was terrified of guardians and silent realm it had to be for a reason… and then it was lowkey boring, you just have to plan your moves and look for the tears. I only lost like… once lol.

And then demise 😭

Honestly, the easiest Zelda boss I’ve ever beaten. I went there with some potions and like if I were BOTW Link: no shield, because I aint doing all that for the hylian shield. Then I won first try.

Underwhelmingly easy. Is everyone exaggerating or ??? genuinely curious.

Have you seen the early concept art for Wolf Link and Midna? Wolf Link looks insane. I just want to hear your thoughts on it

To my surprise, no I haven’t, I only remember seeing the second one. Funny enough because I usually spend a lot of time watching concept art and hyrule historia to make designs choices, lol.

Honestly? I really like both (not midna’s design, that one is uglyyy) they look cool and edgy and I’m weak for cool and edgy things because im that basic…..

Although they are cool af, I prefer the design we got over them. If I had to make a change I would use the twilight fading effect of his fur to replace that silly chunky hairstyle he has because… I don’t know it makes me laugh like I see it and I think who tf is this wolf’s hairdresser, ugly aahh hair lmao.

(but man, that second design is fucking cool, I really like it, that tattoo blue thing looks sick)

I can't speak for Halo, since I don't know anything about it, but I totally get what you mean about the creators in a fandom mostly being female and/or queer. I'm almost always surprised when I find out a fanfiction writer or artist is a guy simply because there are relatively few of them. I find this especially interesting in the LoZ community since LoZ's original demographic didn't lean towards girls at all.

Is drawing and writing not considered "manly?" If that's a concern, then why are the majority of movies over the years written and animated by men? (From what I've noticed.) Same with comics! And why would a guy care anyway? If he likes it, then he should do it.

Honestly I have no idea how everything ended up with this weird situation. It might be because of the idea of men shouldn’t show emotions or something like that idk, like “don’t get exited about childish things” nor romance because thats for girls or something like that ??? Honestly I really don’t know, I just think it’s really… curious, weird curious. And I have noticed a lot that people usually assume I’m a girl (mostly on tiktok) because of my art lol. I just find it funny, at least I hope they imagine me as a pretty girl 😔

My top favorite Zelda games would be… Breath of the wild, skyward sword, ALBW and… Minish cap maybe, i’m really bad at choosing my favorite things haha.

For each console… I can’t opine about consoles I didn’t play on but…

N64: Ocarina of time… I haven’t finished MM but I know it’s also really good

Gamecube: Twilight princess (i only played the gamecube version)

Wii: Uh… I want to say skyward sword but I heard that it had terrible controls, i played it on the switch, but anyway skyward sword

Switch: Breath of the wild

The LOZ games I haven’t played are: Hyrule warriors, Age of calamity, Wind waker, Links awakening DX, Phantom Hourglass, Oracle of seasons, Oracle of ages, Triforce heroes and Four swords Adventures.

This year I drew Link 510 times (damn)

80 comic pages, 260 panels, 14 animatics/animations, 24 reference sheets. And I'm only counting Link... and not counting every frame I had to draw for the animatics, nor not finished stuff .

So always assume it's more.

Any thoughts on Echoes of Wisdom in your story?

EoW was a pretty interesting game, not my favorite but really enjoyable, and I’ve been thinking about the lore that game introduced lately so it’s curious that you mentioned it!

specifically about the master sword and that game. hear me out, the sword of might can be upgraded just like the master sword in the downfall timeline. We can also see how te place where we can usually find the master sword we find instead a huge ass rift. Null is a primordial being said to be there even before hyrule was created, so what if the mighty crystals we find are part of what is left of the Master sword after Null destroyed it?

I have this little headcanon/idea of: what ifff both the magic sword and the sword of might were forged with what was left of the master sword? in this way crating two powerful weapons but not as special nor strong as the original one because they were made from debris and human craft.

That would explain why after ALBW we never see it again in that timeline. It’s still a rough idea and I need to think about it more but so far I like it!

Age of imprisonment.

I wasn’t that fond about the game and honestly, I didn’t quite like the idea of it but, I do have to say the story fits SO PERFECTLY FOR THE IDEA I HAD IN MIND FOR HERO’S PARADOX.

It was so so convenient for me. That shitty blue scarf as a “knight” symbol, the berzerk of constructs, the destruction of the ancient zonai or some shit like that. It’s just ridiculously perfect for what I had in mind oh my goodness ???

Also the construct IS FI and I will die on that hill.
