this little broken donut squishy i bought is making me all emotional

it’s torn completely on one side and almost torn apart on the other,  with the inside of its ring so shredded that when it bends the tears open like deep cuts and you think it’ll rip in half, but it never does

and even though it’s so messed up and obviously been through so much, it’s still just as soft - actually, it’s even softer than the other squishies it was next to. it has colorful sprinkles and bright icing and all of its colors are fine, it’s just a little busted and needs a little more care when you handle it, but it’s so soft and rises back up so fast that it’s worth watching how you squish it.

me n my gf were talking fursonas so i slapped this together between finishing some commissions
