Are there any quick meals recipes u like that don’t require any obscure ingredient. Plz help I’m broke!
Hi! I’m not sure what is an obscure ingredient to you, but here are some of my fav simple meal preps!
Taco Turkey and Peppers (4 meals)
Cut up 1 red pepper, 1 orange pepper, and 1 small onion into 1 inch-ish pieces
Sauté in pan until onions are translucent and peppers have some color
Take out the peppers and brown 1 lb of ground turkey or chicken
Add in 1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning
Serve together with an egg on top (if you like) this is super tasty and my go to meal prep for lunch!
Salad pasta (4 meals)
This is a play on pasta salad, I call it salad pasta because it’s a lot more salad than pasta!
Cook 2 servings of rotini pasta
Let pasta cool while you cut veggies
Cook 4 turkey or chicken sausages
Cut into chunks
Cut up a red pepper, green pepper, cucumber
Add shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, olives, broccoli
Slice up 4 cheese sticks into small pieces
Add turkey pepperoni
Add 1-2 TB of light italian dressing to each portion
This one is great because add or subtract veggies as you please!
