Finally finished my huve smoothie.
So far, my meals look like this almost daily:
Breakfast: lox bagel typically with capers and a tomato, some cereal.
Lunch:dinner leftovers
Dinner: typically some form of chicken unless bf decides to make a treat meal (yes, treat, not cheat.)
Snacks: typically a piece of candy since the fruit at my job is normally a bit pricey and I don't typically bring money to work because then I'm likely to spend it on sambusa, egg rolls, and/or cream cheese wontons, all three are my weaknesses. And they are within walking distance from me.
So yeah, I brought my card today, there are two apples I've been dying to try at work: the ambrosia, and the piñata. Oh, I can't wait to try one lol.
Oh, I've also decided to do populated like 4x a week, maybe I'll do my dances twice a week, because I'm a big advocate of rest days, and then once I get my weights, I'll adjust my schedule more. I'm still sore from my first couple populated exercises, but I love it :D
