Every Saturday I go to a lil Chinese market in Norwich and pick out some awesome ingredients and ask a lady there if there's anything interesting in. So I got a big ol' bag of dried mushrooms and made an epic gravy to go with my Sunday roast. Red cabbage, hassle back potatoes, sweet mustard roast tofu, veggies and 3 types of mushrooms. Omg and I tried to make oil free lotus onions but there not good enough lol.
