squinting at her lover , sarah did not take adenn as someone who is easily frightened . these haunted houses were supposed to be a fun thing for them to do during the holiday season , and it makes for an excellent date night . had sarah known ahead of time that her boyfriend scares easily then she would`ve prepped him with a horror movie . nothing like getting a person`s blood rushing than having them face the scary monsters .

                    ❛    adenn , you hunt for a living . are you telling me little spooky ghosts get the best of you ?    ❜  there`s some slight judgement in the tone of her voice , but she was in disbelief that someone who is known to be a bounty hunter can`t handle the jumpscares . as hunters , that`s what they do best . it`s how they get the first move on their prey and it works every time .

and just like that , the code all mandalorians hold close to them had been broken by the needs of another . sarah knew everything she needed to know about mandalorians when she was part of the guild ; it was not because she wanted to , she had to . the eager both she and adenn felt was there and when asked if she could remove his helmet , that one nod was enough for her to be gentle . their relationship was surrounded by secrets and she was proud of that , but the mystery of what he looked like was one she needed to know . calloused hands were gentle placed on his cheek as cerulean optics looked up to him . a sigh had been let out as she couldn`t believe he let her do this .

carefully , she began to close the gap between them . arms now wrapped around his neck as she pulls him to her . their foreheads touching as she does not break eye contact . a grin now easily seen as the gap begins to continue to close and she feels herself pressed against his frame . crimson stained lips gently brush against his and a smile is seen . sarah teases him for a mere second before she presses her lips against his . in that instant , a kiss is finally shared between the two and it`s something they both wanted badly .

sarah did her best to keep such a serious tone while toying with the mandalorian . it`s truly not every day that a bounty hunter , like herself , is complimented by those seen with the highest of honor . part of her can`t believe that she had one fall for her , but it`s not like she`s complaining . time spent with him felt nice , and she also feels like she can just break the facade and be herself . for someone like her , being able to do such a thing is so rare and that`s why she cherishes these little moments .

while the mandalorian`s comment was not wrong , she still has never once spoke about her origin . the shit hole town she came from left her with nothing but pain , and the scars are a reminder that she can never forget what has been done to her . valoran was home to a city named bilgewater , and the tales of pirates are real . every myth told to each child was real , and the dead walk freely through the docks at night . sarah wanted to forget where she was from for so long , and it felt like an uphill battle every time she tried covering up her scars .

Almost Perfect!     - ❤❤❤❤／ Adenn and Sarah’s relationship is complicated but that’s what I love about it. He’s a mandalorian with a code he must follow, and she’s an ex-member of the bounty hunting guild. In theory, the two should not work well together but we’ve somehow managed to make them into an interesting pair. Of course, her only problem is that she’ll never see his face and that’s something she’ll have to get over one day or wait until he decides to hang up his shit and live a peaceful life.
