Commercial Marshmallow Fluff was invented by confectioner Archibald Query in 1917.   Mr. Query was a Canadian, but the Fluff was invented in America, so the country of origin for this marvelous product is in some dispute.  Wars have been fought for less.  I love Marshmallow Fluff.
