Honestly, it never even crossed my mind throughout the entire game. Some time later I found out that there are actually fanfictions and doujinshi about those two, and I went running to my girlfriend, sobbing “why do these exist????” She had to sit me down and explain that “well, some people shipped them before the reveal...” and my stunned response was “BUT STILL-!”

I’ve never totally recovered from that.

I have trouble with the word “or.” This is the first time I’ve drawn Asch or Natalia, actually, so it was super fun! Asch’s hair seems to operate under the same principle as Lloyd’s: you’ll probably get it wrong anyway, so just draw whatever you want. Fair enough.

2)Top three games?i will try ;U;1) Tales of Berseria/The Abyss2) Tales of Xillia 23) Tales of Destiny 2I cant choose between berseria and abyss both are really good especially in terms if character development but if you ask me i liked abyss plot more but i liked berserias team dynamics moreXillia 2 was really good imo, although i preferred team destiny 2s dynamics more, its plot and ending was really goodIt was also hard for me to pu destiny 2 on 3rd place, i really like the plot and i love the team so much. The ending and the skits at the end killed my feelings ;U;

6) Favourite Opening?I cant choose for this one hmmmI would say Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2, flyaway for the song itself /although i didnt play it/(Berserias and both the innocence opening comes close)

19) Top three characters from any game?1. JudasI absolutely love him so much. Everything about him. I love characters who are not-so-secretly super caring for everyone, and that the characters wants to kind of ‘repent for their sins’ (no he did not nothing wrong). And whats great is the fact that judas is one of the 'realistic’ kind of characters i love so much, basically meaning that he, well, speaks really realistically(??) , in the harsh way but in order to help someone or the team. Also knowing that the best kept secret in the whole series (its probably not even a spoiler anymore but i will leave a spoiler warning here jic), since judas was leon, seeing how much he trusts stahn and the whole team destiny so much makes me so happy, especially what he said to phillia. Also i love that skit after he lost chal. Also it broke my heart when kyle(??) said that judas still sleeptalks about chal. Sum this up: i love him he deserves everything better he did nothing wrong the end

2. Luke/LaphicetI cant choose between them. Both of their development is amazingFor Luke, i love how he was a spoiled brat at the beginning and i couldnt stand his personality at all. Afterwards, when the development rolled in, it didnt come in really fast and instantly, instead, they actually still showed a part of his past self still in him which i loven especially the part where (i think it was in the albiore) he broke out and said something along the lines of what do you know about me and jade slapped him i thinkThat made me love luke so muchAs for laphicet, he was just a malak without will at first, but afterwards when he helped velvet come to her senses he actually spoke all his mind to her ;’))) u go boi

3. ClaireI couldnt choose between leia and shirley so i went with claire instead. She is such a strong NPC heroine and is mostly separated from veigue, which makes her stand out so much more. Her speeches are pretty short and simple but its really powerful. I love her :’)

this changes by the month… Currently, it’s Vesperia’s because 1. gorgeous shots (the Flynn and Yuri one has me weak…) and 2. WHYY WERE WE THERE BAAACK TO BACK, WHY WERE WE THERE FAAACE TO FACE, I MUST BE THE LIGHT WHEN YOU’RE IN THE DAAA~AAARK~

Abyss and Berseria are a close second, while Zesty / Xillia 2 deserve a shoutout for the animation. (That one shot of Mikleo…. you know which one I’m talking about…..)

23. Favourite party set up from any game?

I… want to ask: what exactly does this mean? The party members I take into battle? A game’s party? A party of my favourite characters? …Am I thinking too deep into this?

Hmmm. I’ve only played Abyss / Xillia, so I can’t really go with gameplay (but Jude/Elize/Milla or Rowen/Alvin has a special place in my heart)

Chemistry-wise… the Abyss party. They’re a dysfunctional family, but I love them nonetheless. For characters that are so different from one another and with how many times they clash over the course of the game, you’d never expect them to work as well as they do. Their antics were one of my favourite parts of Abyss.

…I admittedly had to restrain myself from putting two answers for this before, because Innocence R has SUCH a perfect opening.

23. Favourite party set up from any game?

I mean, when they finally add them I’ll have my ideal party of Hisui, Spada, Shirley and Flynn in Rays (or whenever I get RM3…..) since that’s the dream team, but just in general, I love party’s of two swords[wo]men, a healer and a spellcaster.A more specific answer would be I was always reluctant to switch from my party of Asbel and the girls in Graces, and having the girls and Kyle in Destiny 2 just felt so destructive and I love it ☆

8. Who’s your biggest inspiration?

I… don’t really have one. There are people out there who I do admire, but inspiration, for me, comes from forms of media > people.

13. Name a list of shows that have changed your life.

As I don’t watch any shows, let’s go with video games… I’ll have to go with Mario Kart Wii, Pokemon Pearl, Okami, NieR and To The Moon. Mario Kart Wii has so much nostalgia for me and the effects the community had on me still affect me now (in a good way). Pokemon Pearl kicked off my love for video games and the last three video games are heavy motivation for me - someday, I’d love to create a work of art that rivals the quality of those games.

74. When was the last time you traveled somewhere new?

Ahh, it’s been a while since I really traveled, but early January, a friend dragged me along to Toronto. I’ve been there before, but only with my family, and only to specific places. I’ve never really walked along the streets to enjoy the city, so I suppose I went somewhere new. (And I’d really like to go back)

76. What have you done to pursue your dreams lately? How about today?

Hmm. Throughout February, I’ve been working a lot on drawing and writing. I don’t see myself with an art or writing related future, but I guess it’s a dream of mine to become a “good” artist / writer (in my eyes, at least). Today..? I guess I’m working on my other dream, heh, studying for school so I can become a veterinarian.
