I've created a project called @Measured.Life to measure progress towards goals I've set to improve my life. I've set a goal to get my weight from 312 lbs to 220 lbs by December 31, 2017. So far, I've been taking daily weigh-ins via my @Fitbit Aria scale. I've decided that visual evidence is also a useful measurement for holding myself accountable. That's why, starting today, I'll be taking a daily selfie on the #margolisselfie hashtag. By year's end, intend there to a gallery that demonstrations my succession toward a more healthy physique. #margolismeasures #measuredlife #getfit #healthylifestyle (at Charlotte, North Carolina)

Dinner - June 1 By @josephmargolis Officer Tso's Tofu with Fried Rice from the Harris Teeter Asian Bar. It's 1/2 lb, so I'll probably need more to eat later.
