Chicken meat balls made with roasted red peppers were so delicious. I first roasted the sweet red peppers in the oven, then when they cooled down peeled & deseeded them. This I added to the chicken breast cubes along with salt, corn flour, garlic, turmeric, cumin, red chilli powder, green chillies and cilantro. Mixed well then put them all in a meat mincer and ground everything together. With this chicken mince I made rounds and fried them before adding them to the curry.
