Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1 egg. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups marinara sauce.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through. Serve the meatballs with additional marinara sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
