SUPER EASY MEAL PREP ALERT!
Turkey meatballs with zucchini noodles and red sauce! Each serving of this is UNDER 300 calories and super satisfying. It’s already Wednesday and I’m not sick of them yet!
1 pound 99% lean ground turkey
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 container Marinara sauce - I made my own! (but that’s a secret family recipe)
Olive Oil / Salt / Pepper
1. Spiralize all of your zucchinis. This is kind of labor intensive but it’s worth it to have a weeks worth of healthy, low carb, delicious meals!
2. Put the spices, ground turkey, egg together in a bowl and mix with your hands. Form into meatball sizes and put on a frying pan with olive oil. Cook through.
3. Divide your zoodles into 4 tuperware containers. Squeeze lemon juice onto each.
4. When your meatballs are done, divide them up into the tuperware containers. Pour your marinara sauce on them and you’re good to go!!!!
