So we now have this HUGE smoker built by Meat City Smokers @meatcitysmokers. On this we could fit 16 chickens on the smoking chamber (right) and maybe 60+ large wings in the chamber on the left. So we could max this out at almost 300 chickens per day! No we are looking for reputable suppliers of seasoned or kiln dried logs.
