Enjoy the rich flavors of skirt steak cooked on a BBQ with crispy truffle Parmesan fries. Adding smoky paprika and truffle oil to this dish makes it taste like a gourmet barbecue.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs skirt steak. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tsp smoked paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 lb russet potatoes, cut into fries. 2 tbsp truffle oil. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Put this sauce on the skirt steak and let it sit for 30 minutes. Salt and Parmesan cheese should be mixed with the potato fries while the steak is marinating. The skirt steak should be cooked on the grill for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare. Change the cooking time based on how done you want it. Spread the truffle Parmesan fries out on a baking sheet at the same time. Bake in an oven that has been heated to 400F 200C for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. After taking the skirt steak off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it across the grain. Slice the steak and serve it with a lot of truffle Parmesan fries and fresh parsley on top.

Savor the flavor of perfectly marinated and slow-smoked grilled bourbon steaks, which provide a tantalizing dining experience. The flavor of the beef is enhanced by the savory and robust profile that is produced by combining bourbon, soy sauce, and spices.
Ingredients: 4 beef steaks e.g., ribeye or sirloin. 1/2 cup bourbon. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: To make the marinade, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the steaks and place them in a plastic bag that can be sealed. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours, or better yet, overnight, after sealing the bag. Set the temperature of your smoker to 225F 107C. The steaks should be taken out of the marinade and allowed to come to room temperature. After giving each steak a quick oil rub, set them on the smoker grates that have been preheated. Smoke the steaks for approximately one hour, turning them once halfway through, or until the desired doneness is achieved. For extra flavor, baste the steaks with extra bourbon marinade during the final ten minutes of smoking. Before slicing, take the steaks out of the smoker and give them ten minutes to rest. After grilling, serve the bourbon steaks with your preferred sides and savor!
