#Jaune Arc explained perfectly like damn #explode this post because it is so accurate to Jaune's character #Jaune Arc is a good character. I don't care what anyone says #but he brings diversity to the show #He's the normal guy in a sea of badass female leads and I know he gets shit on 24/7 for his flaws but man was he genuine in this episode #any Jaune haters can fight me on this because #He did everything right in this episode (in contrast to some of his blunders in previous volumes) #He tries so hard in this episode to be there for Pyrrha #As stated in the post he never asks her to spill her thoughts #he just asks if he can help #And man... When Pyrrha leans against him #It's comfortable #It's a comfortable genuine moment #A calm before the storm #A few seconds for Pyrrha to escape the reality of what lies ahead for her and just revel in leaning against the person she has feelings for #That moment for me was the most touching part of the episode #It's so natural for them that Jaune doesn't stiffen at the gesture #It surprises him but he relaxes into it #They sit and quietly rest against each other #What gets me is when Pyrrha breaks the quiet and Jaune just mumbles 'Hm?' #He's entirely comfortable with her #Not awkward and clumsy like he is with others#These characters slay me and I need to write a post about this euugdsgdgghh #novel in the tags #arkos #rwby3 #rwby spoilers #jaune arc #pyrrha nikos
