ALRIGHT! My local carnival parade is over (well, where I am, it's still going some streets down from here) - and honestly it was a great to just be outside for a bit and see all these people having a wonderful time. Things are rough on my end but this really lifted by spirits!
NOW!! First and most importantly - everything I managed to yoink in terms of tossed snacks today!
I didn't get any flowers today (and that's okay, I did get some the past two years) but I did get that whole bag of tea on the left that I'll try out later today!!! 👀 Plus, I am always a huge fan of mystery snacks, which most of these are.
Special shout-out to the air canon that blasts out my ear drums every damn year. As it did this year as well. But I do love that thing!
Also, the telltale sign of a small town/city parade: the wagons are pulled by the small tractors belonging to the local farmers!
