I have done it.

I have completed the Yokai watch 3 Medallium.

It's been quite some time since my last post, but I wanted to tell you that I'm working on a spreadsheet for every Yo-Kai's chances of being befriended from the first game, since it seems like it doesn't exist on the internet.

Obviously you must know that the chances I'm writing are not the real ones from the code, but actually the results I get after experimenting, soft resetting, and trying stuff, so if you try you might not have the same results, but if you want you might be able to share the info to update the spreadsheet in the future. Also, you must also know that percentages are actually statistics, and if you don't know, statistics only tell how often something might occur, but it still is random. In summary, if it says that something has a 50% chance of occuring that doesn't mean that you can't have the same result 7 times in a row just because it's 1/2.

And finally, I'm only able to work on this because I'm on holidays, so it will take time, understand that I need to test multiple (I really mean a lot of) times hundreds of Yo-Kais just to make the chances more precise, and since a lot of Yo-Kai are actually really rare, it takes a lot of time just to get info.

People of the Yo-Kai World, I finally did it. I have finally got the last Yo-Kai needed for 100% completion of the Yo-Kai Watch 1 Medallium...

It took me around 30 resets and 4 encounters the first time, and 23 resets and 3 encounters the second time, doing a total of around 53 resets and 7 encounters to befriend Reversette.

And this is what you get for 100% completion of the Medallium:

Like I said on an older post I've been working on a YKW1 spreadsheet for the probabilities of Yo-Kais, so I just wanted to say that I'll continue working on it little by little, and so if you want and can help me by giving me information about it I would really appreciate it!

So I've gotten some more Yo-Kais these days so I'll show ya!

First I got Lord Enma by doing "The Enma Note" quest, where you automatically befriend him, so obviously I gave him a Forbidden Fruit so the 100% befriending chance becomes, uhm, 100% lol ;-;

I also got Zazel by doing "The Yo-Kai Council's Secret Order" quest, where here I couldn't even give him food so that's alright (he is also automatically befriended when defeated)

And just got the Koma Knomads after around 35 tries ;-; by doing the "Knowhere to Go! Knomads Tour BBQ!" quest, which they're NOT automatically befriended omg ;-;

Anyways if you wanna get Lord Enma or Zazel and don't know how, you need to get the respective QR Codes to get special items to enable the quests, and for the Koma Knomads you can start it from the beginning of the game, in BBQ Southmond near the shop I believe.

I HAVE OBTAINED AZURE DRAGON.

ONLY ONE. YO-KAI. LEFT. (That i can obtain in this save file.) I will be hunting it with ONLY buddynyan on the team.

Another new Yo-Kai for the Medallium, being Mama Aura, which took me 7 tries to befriend lol

Got another Yo-Kai for my YKW1 Medallium, Blips, and it took me between 16-17 attempts to befriend her ;-; (I'm saying between because I'm not sure I counted one of them, anyways) which makes me crash out since it only took me 10 for Tanbo, even though he is a higher rank, rare Yo-Kai, and has literally only two locations to get him + having maybe a 50% of actually finding him and not Darumacho, ++ I gave Blips the Nom Burger (best Burger) and I didn't even try to give Tanbo the best of his favorite food... wth 😭

Also fck you Lafalotta because I thought it was Blips at first and got so excited, and then I saw the name ;-;

People of the Yo-Kai World, I have finally found, AND befriended one of the hardest Yo-Kai to get in the first game, Skranny

I now stand at 99% of the Medallium done, and while I'm working on the chance rates spreadsheet, I wanna ask you...

Which Yo-Kai should I get next (meaning the one that isn't chosen will be the last one before 100%)
