To celebrate the release of Satoshi Takebe’s tribute album “Ghibli wo Utau Vol.#2”, a special YouTube livestream titled 「Satoshi Takebe Talks About ‘Ghibli wo Utau Vol.#2'」 was held today, on February 27! 🎊
Waaaahh, this was quite a lot of fun to watch. They did have some minor glitches during the first part of the broadcast but thankfully, during Kalafina's parts, the live stream didn't have any issues. I did a screen-recording on my phone because I didn't really know how else to record it. Not ideal but better than nothing. The above 7-minute clip is from Kalafina's main part but they are featured during some other sections as well. It was so funny to see both Hikaru and Wakana all flustered because the host kept changing the order in which she asked the panelists to make a brief statement. It was interesting to find out about Satoshi Takebe's special directions during the recording. He would always praise them but then ask for multiple takes which was quite surprising to both Hikaru and Keiko who hadn't really worked with him before. Not because he was unhappy with the initial take but because he wanted as many options as possible to work with later on. Takebe was also so sweet when he talked with such pride about Kalafina and their song. You can really tell that he is super determined to make them shine and he was incredibly happy when he received many comments filled with gratitude from fans who had been waiting so long to hear Kalafina's harmony again.

Lawson Kalafina Interview
We got a short interview with Kalafina about their upcoming anniversary concerts. It is available online on the Lawson website or you can get a free physical copy of the Lawson Ticket Magazine at nationwide Lawson convenience stores. Of course I had to get a physical copy😁

Wakana: "This year's 'Anniversary LIVE' was more than anything a concert to make up for the seven years of lost time between us and everyone. Next year, we want to hold concerts where we can create new special moments for all of us as we move forward. We want to make the setlist even more story-driven than last time, and we certainly don't want to neglect Kalafina's unique "dark flavour." We are also planning to perform many songs that we weren't able to perform last time, so please look forward to it."
The hype is REAL!!! 🤗I can already tell that I am gonna enjoy these lives so much more 😍The last time was amazing of course and I had a great time but the setlist wasn’t exactly my favourite since it mostly featured Kalafina‘s more popular mainstream songs.

Can’t believe this is happening!! Decided to go for the balcony seat. The view is pretty good I think. 👍 Not everything went according to plan regarding the collab items and gachas but overall I’m happy with what I got.
No cameras as far as I can tell🥲 Update 1: there WERE cameras after all (no big setup tho)!! And there‘s gonna be a broadcast it seems (on March 1st at 19:00 on CS Channe "日テレプラス" l! BANZAI🤗🤗)
Update 2: I‘m honestly so stupid, should have just looked at all the promo sheets they handed out when entering the venue😅They already had an advertisement for the broadcast so that should have made it clear from the get-go that there would be cameras 🙃

We got our first look at some of the merchandise for Wakana‘s upcoming live and it all looka amazing!!! She showed us a keyholder, a tote bag, a pass sticker and an acrylic stand (featuring a super cute illustration of Wakana😍). hello, I recently became a fan of Kalafina. Inoticed the radio program "Kalafina Club",but I haven't been able to find the full content of Episodes 64,68 and 217 anywhere. I was wondering if you happen to have any archives of these episodes.I realize this is a rather sudden request and may even be somewhat impolite, but I would be truly grateful if you could help me. Quick side note for everyone who is not familiar with "Kalafina Club". This was Kalafina's regular radio program, airing every Tuesday on the Chiba radio station "bayfm78". The first episode was broadcast in July 2010 and the final episode (#399) was broadcast March 27, 2018.
I had to do some digging on my external drive because I knew for a fact that I had their radio program archived somewhere but for the life of me, I couldn't remember where😩. Radio stuff has never been a top priority for me so I keep neglecting it.
Throughout the years, there have been a bunch of super passionate fans who dedicated a lot of time and effort into cataloging, editing and translating Kalafina's radio content (e.g. Waiglo) so I rarely made any posts about it. You can find a few things under my #Kalafina Club tag but it's mostly more recent stuff (closer to Kalafina's disbandment).
Oh well, I used this opportunity to get my shit together and finally upload a folder with all the episodes to my "Kalafina Media Appearances" collection on Google Drive.
The good news: The episodes you are looking for should technically be in the folder.
The bad news: The audio files are not numbered but instead, they are listed by air date so unless you know when exactly the episodes in question originally aired, you better prepare to do some counting. I won't even pretend to have detailed knowledge of the program's schedule so I can't really help you with that. Update: Thanks to @auctumnitas for sending a link to this super helpful spreadsheet (all credit goes to @sutekinanijinoiro and @auctumnitas). I knew from back in the day that it was floating around somewhere but I didn't have a link nor did I remember who originally created it. With this, you should easily be able to find the episodes you are looking for.
