I have been suffering in this heat!! A few more days of this and I can breathe for a while.

So, with that said... I have an appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow and I may change my medication for ADHD. I have been taking Medikinet 10 mg. And I got a prescription for Medikinet Retard 5 mg. So... that's a Dutch medication for ADHD.

But, I have been noticing the Retard is working MUCH better to keep me focused, other than the normal one I take.

So... I hope that helps from now on. Hopefully.
