Crowdfunding solutions: people who take a lot of meds (like 6 to 7 AM and PM and odd ones thought the day) what systems do you have in place to make sure you don't forget or double dose?
Someone supervises when I put my Amazon and PM meds into my pill box to make sure they're the right dosage
But I have short term/ad hoc meds that I also take and I keep forgetting to take them or take them twice
I've got literally 16 alarms on my phone to remind me when I should take a med, but even that isn't foolproof - if I don't take the med right then, I forget it
Or I take it, then think I forgot it and take it again
Has anyone got any tips, tricks or organisational help for remembering that you took that med when you should have, and for not double dosing by mistake?
Thank you!
