i wake up and feel Distressed because i know i have to force myself 2 eat something before i take my meds and then the first two hours after i take my meds i feel tired and anxious Perhaps I Shouldve Started On A Lower Dosage?
Still no appetite this morning even without the meds, but we have a loaf of soda bread and I love it so much I’m determined to eat a slice.
Limictin, again.
8 May 2018: Started Limictin again, on 25mg for 2 weeks.
20 May 2018: Limictin went up to 50mg.
2 June 2018: Limictin went up to 75mg.
And this is where the tracking starts. 2 June on 75mg.
