I’ve noticed that their classes in their classespects are medieval jobs/titles so I’m making this thing now. The god tier outfits are surprisingly similar to medieval clothes too lol

The little prince is an extremely well mannered babe, all things considered. Wide orange eyes, much too serious for one so young, and a mop of wild blond hair. He is dressed in the typical fashion for a noble's son, deep burgundy and rose embroidery on velvet, a soft and pleasant thing to hold.

Karkat grimaced down at the baby, and he stared back, somehow deeply unimpressed. Strider took him back after a moment, cradling the young thing with immense care before placing him back in his crib.

"I assume I'm on babysitting duty?" Karkat asked dryly, not bothering to mask his sneer.

Strider reached a gloved finger down to the young prince, who curled his little hand around the digit and held on. Orange eyes blinked owlishly as the red knight said nothing, just looking down with a barely there smile, more human than Karkat had ever seen him. After a minute the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard turned to face him, the baby still holding his hand.

"Protecting the future heir to the throne is your duty, correct." He said, edging on snappishly, but Strider was much too well mannered for that. "And if you fail in that duty, I will personally see that you suffer a death so fantastically horrible, mere mention of it will kill rebellions at the heart."

"Alright. Take it easy. I'll watch the kid, nobody is gonna touch his little yellow head." Karkat didn't sigh, but he held up his hands as though asking for peace.

"Good." Strider tapped once on little Dirk Strider the Second's nose, then withdrew, barely sparing Karkat a glance as he left the room. The nanny was a young woman, a wetnurse surely, and gave Karkat a sad sort of smile. He rolled his eyes in commiseration, and she shook her head good-naturedly.

"The prince is very fond of the babe." She grinned toothily. "He must like you mighty fine, trustin' you with his heart so soon!"

Karkat gave her a stunned look, blinking incredulously. "You think shoving me in a tower for a day is trust?"

"Oh aye, there ain't nothin' in the world more precious to the Prince than li'l Dirky over here, only one other knight has ever been in here! You must be somethin' real special to stay." She picked the squirming child up and cradled him to her chest, and Karkat averted his eyes as she fed him.

"As you say, ma'am." He mumbled, and leaned against the wall, her words echoing in his skull.

in a medieval au, i hc aradia would be the cheerful executioner who performs her duties without a single hint of malice. whether it be torturing criminals, beheading traitors, or exhuming the bones of a long dead noble and grinding them to dust with an enormous pestle and mortar to fill an hourglass on the orders of a crazed inquisitor, it never hurts to smile!
