Want to learn east medinipur local language
Nômoskar!
I don't really know the East Medinipur dialects as both my parents hail from West Medinipur, the language is slightly different in both the places although pretty similar. I did a quick search on the web and found these differences:
SCB vs East Medinipuria vs West Medinipuria:
Standard Colloquial Bangla: æk loker duiţi chele chilo.
East Medinipur: gote loker duiţa toka thilo.
West Medinipur: æk loker duţa chæna chilo.
Standard Colloquial Bangla: tomra kothay jaccho?
East Medinipur: tumra kai jaoţho?
West Medinipur: tomanne/tomra kai jaoţho?
Standard Colloquial Bangla: cheleţa bhalo poŗche.
East Medinipur: pilaţa bhala poŗeţhe.
West Medinipur: chænaţa bhalo poŗeţhe.
So yeah, I think the best option for you to learn East Medinipur's local language would be to make friends from that district and then ask them to teach you the dialect.
Goodluck!
