This is the Tom Bihn Medium Cafe bag and the main things I keep in its main compartment, shown in approximately the order I pack them in:

A sling bag/fanny pack for my wallet, coins, and misc stuff.

a 500 mL water bottle, filled from 25%-100% full depending on how long I think it’ll be before I can fill it again and how much water I think I’ll need till then.

a sunglasses case

Not pictured: miscellaneous stuff (travel size hand sanitizer, pen) or clothing/equipment (hat, scarf, cooling towel, umbrella).
