My view for 🌙 tonight

Currently trying to finish 4 chapters on Physiology tonight so that I can write some notes about them tomorrow. It mainly consist of everything about the cell. 💖 also I am trying the pomodoro technique but with longer work time and a 15 mins break along with some lofi music. 🥰✨

I had a EM rotation where the attending providers were completely opposite. I think it can be super frustrating, but I also liked seeing the different practice methods so I could compare them and decide how I would want to do things in the future. I love reading your posts and am simultaneously frightened for being an EM intern next year haha

Yeah I’m definitely learning a ton from seeing the different styles, and finding my own middle ground, but it was tough working with multiple attendings on the same shift who were at different ends of the spectrum and trying to keep it straight.

Glad you like them! So far intern year is honestly terrifying but also quickly getting a lot better, and I really love my coworkers. If you have any questions/concerns/whatever throughout the application process or when you’re in my shoes in a year, give me a holler!

Happy test day tomorrow, @medschoolmanic! It was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be and there wasn’t much biochem or calculations, much to my pleasure. Make sure you know your cutaneous nerve innervations though.
