I did it! I finished up my first on-campus semester at A-State and I passed all of my classes with a 4.0!!!! (Let me tell you though, research was a struggle and I have part 2 next semester😂).
Overall, being in a new state where I don’t know anyone was really intimidating but I managed to make it. I’m so thankful to the opportunities it brought me for example:
My internship is at the Memphis VA and I’m a MedSurge intern, that’s pretty cool.
I also have a part-time job working at a local hospital doing admissions and honestly, it’s wild and hectic but I love it so much.
I only have one semester left and then I’ll have my masters degree in social work! I’m so ready to see what all 2021 has in store.
