In your opinion, what is the male version of a pick me?
For lack of a better definition, a pick me essentially is a woman who does and says anything possible to gain the affection, attention and approval of men. Their views on other women are usually very misogynistic and sexist; they express these views so loudly and proudly that they end up looking stupid amongst other women and are seen as easy to manipulate and control by men.
Idk if there’s a male version of a pick me... men are usually taugh from a young age that to a certain extent they can have what they want in life and life is much easier when your a man. Women are taugh from a young age that we have to make ourselves open,presentable and favourable to men, we shouldn’t be picky and we should be grateful for any man that chooses us.
I don’t see a reason for a man to be a pick me in a society that indirectly grooms women to appreciate any type of man no matter how disgusting, vile, mediocre, childish, etc.
