UNC Students Living Off Campus Bear Plans
UNC has Bear Plans available for you that will meet your needs! Bear Plans are for students that are living off-campus as well as students living in Lawrenson Hall and Arlington Park Apartments.
There are six Bear Meal Plan options to choose from. The Bear Plan options have a different amount of meals per week depending on your selection. Just keep in mind that the Bear Plans are for only a semester. However, you do have the option to add more meals to your account if you were to run out. If you have any remaining meals, they will not transfer to following semester and you will not receive a refund. If you know you will have any remaining meals for the semester, you can donate them to Bear Pantry to help a UNC Bear in need.
Bear Plans can be used at the following locations:
University Center Food Court
Bears Bistro (located in the UC)
You also have the option of purchasing Dining Dollars in increments of $25. Dining Dollars can be used to purchase food on campus with your UNC Card. Dining Dollars do carry out from Fall to Spring; however, they expire the last week of Spring semester.
To sign up for your Bear Plan you can either complete it in person or online. You can go to the UC Card Office, dining rooms, or the Dining Services Office located in Tobey Kendel (Room 120).
