summer: no. youre either going to accidentally stab yourself or someone else or go absolutely fucking feral and regret it. this is for your own good.
blaize: youre less likely to accidentally kill someone than summer, but probably still as likely to kill someone. also no.
meg: ....you would absolutely kill someone but im 99% sure itd be the government or something so you know what you can have a knife
