If it's not too much to ask, could I request an imagine or hcs with Satan comforting MC after finding them self harming (or about to but he gets there before they start, if that's easier for you)? If this is too much you absolutely don't need to do this. I've been 3 months clean and some nights are hard, but thinking about comfort from Satan always helps *shy*

I am glad that you are clean anon. I know those things and struggles with mental health are hard. But I am proud of you for making it this far and for getting better.

I have personally never dealt with this and I don't know how to properly talk about it, but before I try, I want to make sure I say I am putting it under the cut.

I'm sorry this isn't a full imagine or story, but I hope this helps even a little bit.

TW: mentions of possible self harm

I would think that MC would be missing. Maybe they missed dinner or a reading date with Satan and he went to look for them.

When he finds them their door is locked. He knows what's happening, and he doesn't want to let it happen. So he starts talking to his lovely MC through the door.

The first few things are simple. Generic. Hoping for a response "Are you in there? You missed dinner and our date. That's not like you. Are you okay?"

When he gets no response back his voice is softer as he leans against the door.

"MC. I know you're in there. I already scoured this whole house for you... Don't do this. You are precious and my human. There are other ways to fix these problems, but you need to let me in so I can help you. I promise I will do everything in my power to make them disappear. To see your smile again. To keep you from locking this door again."

There is a long pause until Satan hears a click. The door opens and a crying MC falls into his chest and arms. They both sit there, for as long as MC needs until they feel better and are ready to talk.

My Recommendations

Here are my favorite Obey Me writers or Creators! Of course this will update the more that I find content, but here is who I like so far! (The underlined bits are links to their works!)

@stanmammon - I love their Mammon and Levi content! I went through their whole masterlist in about a day and I would highly recommend. Some of my most favorites are the 45 Mammon Kiss and the 1 Levi Kiss. (I know that sounds weird but they are numbers for a tag thing...)

@beels-burger-babe - their content is amazing angst content. It is incredibly well written, and (not gonna lie) There and Back Again made me cry, and I need more of Of Jealousy and Friendship. Everything on their masterlist is really worth a read. I highly recommend.

@obeyme-ever - I check their blog nearly everyday just because I love reading through their roleplays. I really want to start one, but I am nervous to ask... (if I ever get the guts to do it, the link will be here). But besides their roleplays, I love their angst series that I think they are doing. They have already done Asmo (which made me cry) and Satan, which was so heartwarming.

@devildomsexting - They are a NSFW blog that makes text base fics and they are amazing. I think they do a great job with all the brothers, but by far my favorite brother that they do is Levi. Their Levi texts just hit different. Whenever I finish going through their blog I always sit there and think about how chaotic devildom would be and it gives me so much inspiration to write continuations of her messages!

@obeythebutler - I had found this blog recently and because I have been working on starting my own blog I haven't been able to go through their masterlist, but I did read their fic about how if MC gets hurt, the brothers feel it tenfold. I loved it and it was so well written. I will be going through their entire masterlist immediately.

Of course these are my written recommendations, but whatever I reblog is also a recommendation.

How do you think Levi would take Mc bursting into his room late night in tears because of a nightmare?

Anon, I am not going to lie, I have been having a thoughts about this, but with Mammon because even though I started as a Levi simp, that greedy demon stole my heart

I could see Levi being so confused at first, but immediately freaking out and comforting MC. He'd make sure to give them whatever they needed and to hold them if they needed too. I also imagine he is very shit at helping people calm down by talking so he would say something stupid like "Ruri-chan once said that crying makes your heart hurt..."

Overall it would be a very sweet and wholesome encounter

Him brushing your hand to give you your drink!! And then acting like it was nothing while he is internally trying to plan how to do it again to feel your skin against his own.

Diluc saving you from an enemy as the dark knight and you hug him and thank him and he blushes and holds on for just a second too long...

Diluc offering you free drinks because he loves to know what you think about the new wines and mix drinks (he also loves the little blush that sits on your face when you're drunk)

"Try this one. I made it according to the specifications you mentioned last week."

👹 Xiao -

Xiao puffing out his chest, crossing his arm, turning his head, blush on his cheeks. When you insist to be with him, but he doesn't make you leave...

"You can stay if you wish."

You bringing him almond tofu everyday just to see his eyes light up (and they aren't lighting up because of the tofu *wink wonk*)

Him watching over you as you sleep to make sure you are safe. He also likes to gaze at your somber sleeping face, hoping one day he could lie next to you during cold Liyue nights.

Him insisting to help you with every chore, because it is the right thing to do. (He really just wants to be able to talk to you alone and walk next to you)

"No. No. It's fine! I am more than strong enough to carry everything back to the tea house. Besides I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself on the way back."

Eating hotpot and laughing at Thoma's misfortune, but he starts to blush and laugh with you because your laugh is so contagious and perfect.

You falling asleep on him while waiting for your meal and he doesn't want to wake you because he knows you need the rest and you look adorable. (He burned your food btw)

You walk into a meeting, his tail starts wagging. He tries to stop with a serious frown, but it won't as a blush creeps up his cheeks and kokomi giggles.

One of his ears following your sounds to make sure your okay and that you are always in running hearing distance.

Ok, but you brushing his tail and his ears, and he is so happy that he starts wagging his tail and it flies out of your hand and starts tickling your face causing you to laugh and him to be worried.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to! I won't do it again. I promise."

Him writing songs about you and all your amazing features in such stunning detail that it makes others swoon at the thought of you.

Him picking you up on the wind so you can join him in sitting in the windrise tree.

"I can't let my windflower stay on the ground while I am having fun in the air. Did you enjoy the ride, though?"

Him practicing his songs and stories in front of you to perfect them and whenever you give him a compliment he stops before kissing you and continuing.

🖌 Albedo -

Him telling you to sit down to help him with an experiment and it ends up as him painting you for hours as you both talk about nothing and everything.

Gently braiding his hair away from his face as he finishes experiments. Only to have him notice hours later when he goes to push a strand away and nothing is there. (He was in the zone)

"Where did my hair go...? When did this happen? Did you have something to do with this?"

Taking lunch up the mountain so you two can have a picnic at the top and cuddle to stay warm.

Michael sending an additional angel with Simeon and Luke to attend the Exchange Program. It'll be good for relations between the Celestial Realm and Devildom! The real reason why? Because he's about to strangle her himself.

The definition of Lawful Chaotic: Loophole abuse. The goal is to carryout as many zany shenanigans as possible in an absolutely non-punishable manner.

Michael: Mila, you're this close to falling. Mila: Uh Michael your fingers are touching? Michael: I know.

Michael has 99 headaches and Mila is like 30 of them. At this point no one even knows how she hasn't been fallen or physically thrown out of Celestial Realm. She's a massive menace and honestly he only feels very slightly bad about making her Devildom's problem for a year.

Maybe partially inspired by how shitty of angels Panty and Stocking actually are.

I am guessing this is an OC and I fucking love this idea!!

Being a menace is so fun and that being part of the reason you get sent on an exchange program is even better.

Imagine calling Mammon your good boy

MC has been focusing on their work in front of them while Mammon was lazing on their bed. As they finished another problem their stomach growled. They want food, but they still have 100 questions left! They would never finish it before sunrise if they took a break, unless...

"Hey Mammon." MC glances back at the demon to see him staring back at them.

"Ya? Whaddya want, human?" He grumbled with his normal grumpy face.

"Could you be my good boy and get me something to eat?" MC could hear rustling behind them before there was silence once again. They spared another glance to see the demon had left.

Well, it was worth a shot.

MC went back to their work, but before they could finish their question a steaming plate of food was shove in front of their face. They followed the outstretched arm to see a blushing Mammon refusing to look at them, "Here. I better be your only good boy..." He grumbled as they took the plate from him.

Maybe they should call him a good boy more often...
