That you were taking a walk in the city alone, despite the fact that Wilybots attacked in the large storm that occurred much earlier. All other humans were still indoors, but you, on the other hand, wanted to get over the widespread paranoia by walking outside.
Everything was normal until you bumped into Dr. Light and his robots. Their eyes widened in disbelief as they saw a human outside just now. But regardless, then came in Fire Man, who slowly and calmly approached you. Afterwards, he looked at you in the eye as if he understood your intentions.
"You know, I understand you wanna take a walk, just to reduce stress and all that. Anyways, the name's Fire Man. Also known as DLN.007."

Hello!! Sorry this took me a while to get to! Also sorry, I only know about classic ;;
It was no secret that you had feelings for Shadow Man. You’ve had these feelings for him after he saved you shortly after becoming friends with him. He had been walking you home as the two of you had been spending time together in the nearby park, just reading and talking about whatever came to mind. As you were walking home, a fight had broken out and an energy blast was headed towards you, which Shadow Man pulled you back and saved you from your demise.
Ever since that day, you have been crushing on Shadow Man. And you thought you were being fairly obvious about it a lot of the time. What, with you being rather touchy, and you’ve even told him to his face! Unfortunately for you, he’s a little… oblivious to the fact that your feelings and just thought you were joking or something, thinking you wouldn’t see him as anything more than a friend.
Shadow Man did have feelings for you, but he just never acted on them like he had wanted to. His brothers noticed this fairly quickly, and occasionally tease him about it, which he isn’t too bothered by. Despite their teasing, they had wanted to help him confess to you, as a few of them were very aware of your feelings for him, as you have actually told a few of them, more specifically Hard Man and Magnet Man as you knew those two would not make fun of you for telling them.
“You know you’re going to have to tell them eventually,” both Hard Man and Magnet Man told him, which… caught him a bit by surprise.
“…I know.” Was all he said, not even looking up from the book he was currently reading. They were not going to just let this slide. No, they wanted to help you two get together, since they liked you, you were a good friend to them and their brothers, and they knew you made Shadow Man happy, even if he would never admit such a thing.
“Well? What are you waiting for?” They gave him a bit of a nudge towards the door. “Go and tell them!”
“Alright, alright, I’ll go tell Y/n.” With a sigh, he walked outside to go and find you. He couldn’t believe he was letting his brothers talk him into confessing his feelings to you. While he did want to confess, he was a little nervous about you rejecting him. Why? Not even he knows.
Fortunately, Shadow Man knows where to find you. If you’re not at home, you’re in one of your usual places, but more specifically the park you two like to spend time together at. And that’s where you were, sitting on the swing which was away from other people. You looked over as he walked over, a faint smile on your face.
“Hey Shadow Man.” You greeted him as he sat in the swing beside you.
“Hello.” Was all he said. You knew he didn’t really talk much, even around you, but usually he didn’t give just one word responses. You were a little curious to what was going on with him, but you decide not to question it and push him to talk. However, he turned to face you, and spoke up,
“Y/n… there’s something I need to tell you.” Curious, you turned to face him as well, giving him a look of “go on, I’m listening.” Shadow Man took a moment, as if to think of what exactly he wanted to say before he sighed softly,
“Y/n, I’ve been thinking about this lately, and I just wanted to tell you that I have feelings for you, and… I have for a while now.”
“You do..?” You asked him, a bit surprised. You didn’t think he would’ve felt the same way
“Yes, I do. Why do you ask?”
“I’ve been trying to confess to you for a couple of years now, Shadow Man!” You took his hands into your own. “I tried being obvious, being more touchy and affectionate with you, and I’ve even straight up told you I loved you!”
“You did?”
“Yes! But you just laughed it off like a joke!”
“I’m sorry, Y/n. I didn’t mean that.”
“I know you didn’t, but it doesn’t matter now.” You smiled faintly, “because, in the end, we’ve both confessed our feelings.”
“I suppose that is true.”
“Well… what do you want to do now?”
“How about we just stay here a while..? And talk?”
“Sure, I haven’t nothing better to do anyway. We can plan something another time.” Shadow Man nodded, still holding your hand in his own, as the two of you sat there and talked for a while, both happy that your feelings were finally known.

You breathed hardly, as if your lungs could pop off any minute. Every time you breathe, your lungs would hurt much more, maybe some of your rib cage bones broke and they're digging themselves into your lungs? You coughed up blood as X-Kai walked up to your shattered form.
" I bear no grudge against you, but for the sake of getting X to show himself, I have no choice but to bury you here! "
" Just tell me, mortal, spit it out and maybe I'll let you live. "
X-Kai felt something move behind him, as he turn around, he saw the familiar-looking helmet which he recognized immediately.
" Ze- "
X-Kai choked on his words as the unshakable force hold him, when he turned to see who could've done this such foolish act, a pair of cat-like irises bored into his helmet.

ViA bored his cat-like eyes into him a good few minutes, before throwing the x clone like a ragdoll. As if he- it didn't weighed much.
The robot's body roughly crashed onto the hard ground, making it a quite heart-aching sound. Muffled sounds and groans left from the thrown robot's body.
ViA crouched down as he gently took your form into his arms. He scooped your injured body, one arm under your legs and the other supporting your back, deciding this will be the most comfortable position for your injuries<<
ViA's eyes searched your face as he sighed and slowly turned around to face the shaken robot. His cat-like irises caught the x clone's ones, as if he slightly challenged him.
" Do, mess with them again and you will see the true colors of me. "

Just posting my ranking of Ariga!Robot Masters by how dateable they are (this is just my personal opinion, so please don't take it seriously)
I only ranked the RMs I've written for (including the RMs I've written a tiny bit for) and also used my reader insert hcs/drabbles about them as part of my reasons behind my placements for them, meaning that I'll put the RMs I haven't written for in the white tier (as I call the tier for the RMs I properly didn't write for yet).
For the robots not mentioned here, I'll just list them below (along with the humans). Also fair warning for long text and unnecessary headcanons:
I'd say Rock/MM and Roll would be in A tier since they'd be great lovers IMHO. The same goes for Copy Rock if he's not acting like a maniac; and if Dr. Light ever had an S.O (shipping him w/ Dr. Lalinde doesn't count since she only appears in the Archie comics), he'd be in both A and C tier IMHO.
Proto Man/Blues on the other hand would be in between A and B, but if I had (honestly) to choose one, it'd be A tier since he'd be a good boyfriend (if his S.O gets close enough to him).
I'm too lazy to think about a reasonable placement for Dr. Wily, so Imma put him in C tier because he screams C tier.
I don't know much about Dr. Cossack's love life, but something tells me he'd be in D tier because if he had a new S.O (that he hopes will not dump/divorce him), he'll be internally and EXTREMELY afraid of getting dumped again. But before we go on, how could I forget Kalinka?? Honestly, she's a solid C tier. Mainly because I see her being a person of both platonic and romantic relationships, and she doesn't care if her S.O is a man or woman (does anyone else hc Kalinka as bisexual?)
And Bass... would be Bass. AKA the nonexistent lowest row (that's below the white tier) in the tier list.

That you were the only human who took the risk of communicating with a robot such as Proto Man.
You already expected him to be paranoid of humans, but regardless, you're going to let him know that you're not going to hurt him.
When he first met you, he didn't expect that you'd be so... kind and friendly towards him. Compared to any other human (besides Dr. Light) that he's encountered in the past. Long before he had met you.
You taught him so much about human culture. Ranging from teaching him about things you like, such as nature, the sunset, birds, you name it.
Overtime, he started to get closer to you, to the point where didn't notice that he had already developed genuine feelings for you.
Because of this, he taught you how to whistle better, and even told you what it felt like to be a robot master. Heck, he even told you about the issue with his power core and the fact that he ran away because of that.
If there's one thing that will stay in his databank forever, it's the fact that you were the only human who helped him feel... alive.
