The one thing that's always annoyed me most of all involving megaprims is the people who fight me over whether or not that I've created something. I usually don't mind the people who just need a gentle nudge in the right direction in finding who sells or offers a product, those are typically resolved by a single search in the marketplace. Years ago I would get many people a day asking about products created by me, but weren't created by me. Instead of explaining to every single person what a megaprim was, I wrote a well worded document explaining what they were, how they were created, and the easiest ways to find out who truly created the content. However sadly, people did not seem too receptive of this. Something about having to read, or whatever. A few of the most common things people ask me about I put in the bottom of the card, in big bold caps, explaining that I did not create the item they are asking, this led to a large number of people's derrières to become damaged (butthurt) for whatever reason. It makes no sense to lie about making a product, yet dozens of people every month fight me over such things. I'm asked 'where can I buy your X'. If I reply with "someone made it with a megaprim, I can't really help you." I get verbally assaulted. Often leading me to drop my "Megaprims and you" notecard in their IM box, and that usually leads to being berated even more, though if one is a unitard (person with retarded unicode characters in their name) I will drop the notecard on them often before they speak. I've had many many occurrences of people buying a product, having the product fail to deliver, so I'm given a transaction log of them paying someone else, after pointing that out half the time I'm bitched at saying that I'm wrong, same with when people link me to the marketplace page where it clearly states on the right side who sells the product. Lots of horror stories about people seeing an item created by me "griefing" their land and crashing them endlessly. More often than not this is a single large cube overlapping or sitting on their land. Instead of just returning it, they harass me to pick it up, and after pointing out that I am indeed not the owner, I'm "informed" by the ignorant person that "since I created it, I can delete it". Recently, last year or so, it clicked that some third party viewers and their "last owner" feature in the edit window could have been directing people to me, because they're either a downie who doesn't understand the "last" on "last owner", or that they just didn't notice, often people somehow magically confuse owner and creator. Most of the time after pointing out such things to them I'm hassled further. Either way, this is quite a rant, and I'm just genuinely curious what people's reasonings could be to think that I would lie to them.
