Gale ripped out one more piece of masking tape to cover a gap. Her whole body was now wrapped around with red and green gift wrap, and a red bow on the top of her head. She stepped up one time, and she heard a little ripping sound. "No no no!" She hissed under her breath, pondering for a moment on how she was going to get the boys' attention. Her face lit up as soon as she found out what to do and hopped until she reached the room where Nathan and Elijah are. She took a brief moment to catch her breath---because hopping from one room to another is a hard thing to do especially when you're trying not to rip the wrapping paper around your body. "Merry Christmas!" She grinned, hopping up to them.

⊰ :: ♡;  —— ; ⊱She's been practising for a while now. It didn't sound right, though---it was very silent and quite raspy, but at least she tried. "---'than." Gale croaked out, quite disappointed at herself because she didn't pronounce her best friend's name properly. "N'than," it wasn't quite right, but she was already proud of it. She was proud of herself that she started smiling.

⊰♡;;⊱---Gale dropped her phone, and it made a very ugly crack on the back. "No," she whimpered, tears forming in her eyes. "He's not dead, he's alive! I--I was talking to him last night!" She kicked her phone away as she curled up in a ball position. "He's alive!" She screamed, her voice hoarse and cracking. "He's alive, you idiot, you're lying! Stop lying to me!" Gale screamed louder.

"Y-You liar! You son of a bitch!" She cursed loudly, kicking her flower vase in anger. She'd usually scold herself from cursing

She buried her face inside her hands, and in that moment, she sobbed heavily. She started to lose everything. Her heart felt like it shattered into pieces. Her poor little mind stopped for a moment. Her body numbed.

Her almost broken phone rang once again, and this time, it was from Nathan's doppelgänger, Elijah.

"You gotta come here quickly, Gale," Elijah said through the phone, and her hands started shaking.

"O-Okay," was her only reply, and she ended the call right away.

Gale's lip trembled, and she let out loud gasps and sobs. "Is this what you all planned? Dying and leaving me?!" She asked, although obviously, no one answered.

She held herself tightly. "Why is it that people that I love always leave me?"
