BURACO NEGRO Devastação split cassette with CÃOS (Meia-Vida, Brazil - 2016)

Queasy churn that really whipped Fuckin’ Record Reviews’ head around yesterday, featuring squelch as a prime number.  Portuguese is only my eleventh language and sometimes the translations get screwy, but if you combine all the song titles I think it means this is how you rub Cabaret Voltaire’s face in it. Superb...can’t wait to hear what the CÃOS side sounds like. 

The label @m-vdwas suggested one dark, cold night by @cyanidetooth, maybe @dustedandsocial too (thank you!), via the FLORES FEIAS cassette F .˙. F .˙. (2015), itself a dark folk masterpiece of solitary crack with prickled noise frosting.  Happy Easter!
