Hey everybody! I hope all is well with you.

Lately, I have been suffering from extreme depression and school has been a very big factor in that. I definitely overwhelmed myself with too many classes this semester and should have definitely taken it a lot easier. Summer is coming up and I cannot wait. I definitely plan on lots of walks and swimming. I haven't lost anymore weight lately, as I haven't been taking care of myself as well as I should be. I finally have insurance, so I am going to the doctor soon to get some help with some serious medical problems which are creating a lot of difficulties for me and my weight loss and healthy goals. Once I get the help and know that the issues are being addressed, I might speak of them publicly, but we will see. Anyways, I am doing my best to stay healthy and do my yoga. :D
