So did you guys ever compared the Pitch Perfect official scripts with the movies?

I did it cause I wanted to see what was cut, changed, added, and I’ve noticed a couple of things Bechloe related....I’m starting with the first movie:

This is the Beca and Chloe meeting.

Aubrey calls Beca a freak, and then Beca/Chloe discuss tattoes:

Now on to the shower scene:

When an official script emphasizes the fact that they’re naked and they’re looking at each other, it means Beca and Chloe were supposed to be perceived as interested in each other. It’s not just a “fandom thing”, or it wouldn’t be in the script. It was there since the beginning. :)

Again, “Chloe puts her face right up-close” it’s intentional. It’s queerbaiting but whatever, I’m glad it’s there.

This scene instead was worse in the script, Chloe just walks away. I’m glad they changed it so that Chloe slaps her ass in a flirty way while leaving Beca.

Aubrey is reeeeeaaaally bossy.

Small differences here too:

Another change. Aubrey was supposed to sing “Just the way you are”, and Chloe was supposed to do Aubrey’s part. Again I’m glad they changed it.

You just said you don't reblog much swan queen anymore and I've kind of noticed....why???

Because there’s nothing to reblog??

I mean, I’ve spent 6 years reblogging gifsets, pics, theories, ffs….but without new scenes, how long should I reblog the same gifset? It’s not a SQ thing…it happens to all fandoms (cs and oq included, wait and see). Without scenes sooner or later it happens.

Plus I’m a bit tired….I don’t know how to explain it.

I watch game of thrones, greys, TWD, Younger, I ship bechloe, i follow other actresses…and at some point you realize that watching a GOT ep or reading a bechloe ff brings you more joy then rewatching a 5 year olf Swan Queen scene knowing it will end with Bella Swan married to her stalker and Regina Mills paired to random dude #3.

That’s it. I still ADORE Swan Queen, I still read fanfics, I argue with haters everyday cause they don’t leave me alone, but other things makes my time online more enjoyable.

My favorite winter hiatus was Season 3′ one.

I remember the posts in the Swan Queen tag, the ones about the Emma/Regina goodbye in 3x11 and how it was 100% more emotional off the CS or Swanfire one (chemistry, dialogue and actual screentime made the magic). I think eveyone here was waiting for the inevitable reunion.

I remember when we got the first spoilers about 3B and at all the fanfics I’ve read that month. Emma would come back to Storybrooke, knock on Regina’s door and actually thank her for her sacrifice and the happy memories.

We were so sure to get that scene simply cause it made sense, cause the writers still used to write characters and not storylines. And how disappointed I was when it didn’t happen.

This winter hiatus is soooo different.

I’ve seen one episode (+ Lana’s scenes of the other episodes of course). I wonder where the hell is Regina Mills. I know we’ll never see Storybrooke again. I abhor Hyperion Heights. I miss Regina’s wardrobe and heels. I’m mad the writers thought it made sense to keep Emma+Henry or Emma+Regina or Regina+Snow separated for more than 9 years (cause Regina+Henry spent all this time in FTL). I can’t believe Belle is dead. I’m disappointed but not surprised someone thought 2 teenagers who’ll date for 10 episodes (max) could even remotely replace Swan Queen ...and I even miss Snow! Which is a bit crazy but Ginny is an awesome actress and even if her character was annoying af I loved her+Jmo or +Lana.

I wish they would “Dallas”-the-way-out-of-this-season and go back to the previous happy ending. All the family in Storybrooke, Regina as a Mayor, and Emma...well A&E actually forgot Hook’s dark curse never broke so I’ll go with “she’s still cursed to be hook’s happy ending, until TLK”.

I'm not sure why Lana said a sq goodbye scene wasn’t needed, cause the one we got was a total crap and ofc.

To be honest I think she didn’t understand the question. :)

I believe the fan who made the question (as everyone else on twitter these days…cause c’mon we were ALL disappointed for the Swan Queen goodbye!) was talking about this scene from 7x02:

Emma Henry and Hook say goodbye to each other, and Regina is just standing there, ignored.

She nods to Emma and Emma looks at her, the end.

They’re saying goodbye and there was…nothing. Not an hug, a word, the line between Emma and Henry about Regina was cut…nothing happens.

Lana said Regina didn’t have a goodbye with Snow, Charming, Zelena….but Snow, Charming and Zelena were NOT in this scene. A goodbye was NOT needed. (And that’s why I think Lana didn’t understood the question, no big deal tho).

Emma was here, Emma and Regina are supposedly friends, and if I’m not gonna see a friend for some time I say goodbye, I hug them, I say something. Just standing there doing nothing is not normal.

I don’t care that they filmed on different days, they should have scheduled filming in a different way in order to have Lana and JMO at work on the same day, cause this separation is not…normal.

That said Lana’s answer to the LGBT question was really good and I don’t really care about this one….I assume actors have a different recollection of how a scene was filmed/aired.

I like what Adam said last night about this scene tho, that the characters believe they will meet again and this is NOT a goodbye. It makes me feel a little bit better.

Even if, again, I think a hug was needed. I don’t need to be separated by my friends for years in order to hug them. We’ve been a loyal fanbase for 6 years, was it so difficult to write in a proper goodbye scene?!

So what if she uses the photo to promote the show.

Then she’s doing her job.

And I’m entitled to not like the new love interest and the promotion of it cause that’s not the happy ending I wanted for Regina. I saw a pic that hints to that and I didn’t like it.I don’t know why’s so difficult to grasp for you.

I think Lana’s even worse than JMO when promoting her canon ships and I had to unfollow her for a whole year when she started promoting 0Q before she realized that:

- the writing was a giant shit and the story was crap- the biggest part of her fandom didn’t like it

I’m not looking foward to a repeat.
